MTE is the best turf, and grounds equipment dealer in New York. I have shopped there several times over the last few years and have found the staff very knowledgeable and eager to help resolve my issues at hand. With the large selection of parts and fast turn around with service, I see no reason to buy online. I am glad there are locally owned stores like MTE to help when things go wrong.

Just wanted to take a moment to comment on the great customer service I received from Marcelle Wood in the parts department. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Our salesmen Steve Braunscheidel was great to work with every step of the way. The driver Bill was also great to work with.

The fellow behind the counter was very welcoming. He gave me catalogs, showed me their extensive parts department, answered my questions and then located the sales manager (Geoff) who spent 30 minutes taking me through the facility and answering my questions. The only other manufacturer I was considering was Steiner but the customer service at MTE was superior.
